Good evening,
Again my most sincere thanks for your promises of prayer and best wishes you’ve expressed in so many ways. I feel very blessed to be a member of this faith community. I’m still taking antibiotics and a blood pressure pill. All things being, my plan is to be with you at the masses this weekend and to offer them for you and your families and intentions. My thanks as well to Capuchin friars Frs. Bob Marva and Paul Dressler who both massaged their schedules so as to be able to say mass at St. Peter last weekend.
The St. Peter Men’s Chorus will be leading the sung prayer this Sunday evening at the 7:00pm mass. Thanks to Jason Falkofsky, our music minister, for gathering this talented group of vocalists who inspire us with the beauty of their music on the last Sunday of the month.
Br. Ben Duphiney, OFM Cap, a student at Capuchin College in Washington, DC, is spending the summer with us at St. Paul Friary, exploring Capuchin life and ministry in Cleveland. He’s been gathering with our young adults on Tuesday evenings and will be joining us for mass the next two Sundays. Ben is never at a loss for words so don’t be afraid to say “hello!”
All Good Things!
Br Phil, OFM Cap
Thank You!
